When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available for other customers. In order to be respectful of our fellow passengers, please call our customer service at +1-210-507-2522 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another passenger access to that appointment time.
Cancellation made with 24 hours’ notice in advance will not be charged a fee.
Cancellation made on the day of the appointment will incur a $25.00 late cancellation fee.
No show fee of $25.00 will be charged to the client, plus $1.50 a mile after 20 miles to/from the pickup location.
